Currently, BSR seeks a Community Development Director for our market apartment communities. The position will be based in Little Rock, AR.
The Community Development Director will be responsible
for the following:
Responsible for the development and implementation of community related services
at BSR market communities.
Responsible for the development and implementation of community based services to assist current residents and maintain desired occupancies at all BSR market communities.
Responsible for researching, developing and working with community agencies, organizations and institutions to provide community based services to our market residents.
Remain current on community resources, social groups and agency contacts that may offer services or assistance for our residents.
Conduct marketing programs and speak to resident groups to address specific needs of the apartment community.
Responsible for communicating with the public to maintain necessary community based services and support.
Recommend marketing ideas to the market Community Managers.
Assist Community Managers with leasing initiatives.
Assist BSR University and facilitate training regarding topics that pertain to marketing and other related topics.
Work closely with the Community Development Director of the affordable portfolio.
Work closely with the Social Media Director to ensure the social media sights have all necessary information to market our properties such as floor plans and links to lease.
Assist with the internet portals for each property in our market portfolio
Provide information and resources on the BSR Insider.
Internal team member marketing. Promotions, campaigns and projects to help foster team member personal connection to BSR.
Assist with public relations.
Assist with brand standards which will include company and community stationary, business cards, corporate and community websites, e-mail signatures for team member use, BSR clothing
and signage and brochures used at BSR market communities.
Work with executive management to produce and edit power point presentations.
Traveling is required. Responsible for maintaining a flexible travel schedule.
High school diploma or GED, equivalent required. Bachelor degree in Marketing or related degree preferred.
3-5 years of sales/marketing experience.
Multifamily and Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
